Mine was stamped into the side of an old Furphy water tank on my parents’ farm. From the moment I first read the words “Good. Better. Best. Never let it rest…” I understood that meaningful work isn’t just about effort. It’s about responsibility - to the people you support, to the standards you uphold and to the story you carry into every space you enter.

I’ve spent more than twenty years working across education, local government, communication and digital identity - roles that taught me how powerful clarity, partnership and storytelling can be. My early years supporting Catholic Education shaped the way I work today: with trust, care and a commitment to helping people grow. Later, leading communication and digital strategy for schools, councils and organisations deepened my belief that identity is something you reveal, not reinvent.

On-Screen Consulting grew from that belief. I help individuals, schools, businesses, organisations and creators bring their identity to life online - not by changing who they are, but by expressing it with intention. Every project begins with your journey, your values and your voice.
